A native of Colorado, my real estate career began in 1976 in my hometown of Littleton.  In 1981 Highlands Ranch opened and I was on the ground floor of the development of the huge Planned Community in Douglas County working in on-site sales and management.  The rest of my career has focused on residential resale properties including first-time homebuyers, move-up, move-down, 1031 Exchange investments, and everything in between.
